Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Thank you for choosing my services. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the highest level of service to all clients and to respect the time set aside for each appointment, I kindly ask that you review and honor the following policy.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
I respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total, which is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file.
This policy allows me the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client.
One-Time Grace Period
I understand that life happens. As a courtesy, each client will be granted a one-time grace period for a late cancellation (within 24 hours). After this courtesy has been used, all future late cancellations will be subject to the standard policy.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total, which is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file.
A no-show prevents me from accommodating other clients who may have been waiting for availability, and I greatly appreciate your understanding.
Illness & Emergencies
Your health and safety is important to me. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing a genuine emergency, please notify me as soon as possible.
Sick or emergency cancellations may be granted grace at my discretion. However, repeated last-minute cancellations due to illness or emergencies may result in the client being notified that a cancellation charge will apply moving forward.
I appreciate your honesty and communication in these situations.
